Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Conditions of Use shall be governed by Spanish legislation.

In the event of any discrepancy or conflict in connection with the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or the website's content, in general, Iberdrola Renovables Internacional and the USER expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the USER'S place of residence. If the USER resides outside Spain, Iberdrola Renovables Internacional and the USER expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
