IBERDROLA, S.A., the parent company of the Iberdrola group, is a member of Autocontrol (Association for Self-regulation of Commercial Communication) and has subscribed to the Code of Conduct in Publicity and the Ethical Code for e-commerce and Interactive Publicity approved by that Association and which is available on its website www.autocontrol.es.

If the USER resides outside Spain, Iberdrola Renovables Internacional and the USER expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
